 Residency

Welcome to the Residency Program at Crossroads Church!

The purpose of this Residency Program is to train, inspire and mobilize high capacity disciple-making leaders who feel called to full-time vocational ministry. As residents participate in this program, they will strengthen their leadership skills, cultivate their gifts and passions, grow in their ministry knowledge and experience and develop a disciple-making philosophy of ministry. Upon completion, residents will obtain the knowledge and experience to be ready to go into a full-time ministry role in a church, on the mission field, or in another ministry related field. Additionally, students have the opportunity to further their education through our partnership with Southeastern Seminary.

About

The Residency is a two year program beginning in August of each year. Residents become a part of the Crossroads staff where they will become fully integrated into the culture and experience the dynamics of being a ministry leader.

The program focuses on disciple-making, biblical studies, leadership development and ministry training. Through weekly group classes, one-on-one mentorship, focused ministry experiences, consistent leadership opportunities and a global mission trip, residents will be immersed in a disciple-making culture and develop a deeper understanding of the priorities and mission of a disciple-making leader.
