About Us

CWP is a faith based, half day preschool that serves children ages 6 weeks - 4 years. Our mission is to support families in building a foundation for excellence in education by providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for spiritual and physical growth.

We believe children are a gift from God and should be handled with love and care. Because each child develops mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally at different rates, age-appropriate learning experiences will be provided to allow each child to progress at his/her own pace and to experience success through hands-on activities in learning centers. We use the Georgia Early Learning standards to guide our lessons, while creating supplemental activities that focus on the love of God.

CWP uses Handwriting Without Tears curriculum for our three and four-year-old classes. Children enjoy an atmosphere of growth and learning that includes socialization, verbalization skills, reading readiness, and math concepts. Dedicated time for a Specials class (science experiments, music and movement, etc.) is part of each week. Our 3-year-old and 4-year-old classes also have a dedicated time for Chapel each week.
